1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 2 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.

2. Return Process

• To initiate a return, initiate return process from your account for the product which you need to return.
• Provide order quantity details and reason for return.
• A return shipping label may be provided based on the reason for return.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 - 10 days of receiving the returned item.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

4. Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If an exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability or other critical scenarios, a refund will be provided.
• In case of invalid exchange request, we will deliver the previous product without exchange.
